A Disaster Recovery Center has been opened on the third floor of the Blue Earth County Historic Courthouse at 204 S. 5th Street in Mankato to assist those affected by the September flooding. Blue Earth County has openings for adults and youth to serve on its Human Services Advisory Committee as well as both the Social Services and Mental Health Task Forces.
